| About Terri: As founder of Primacy Professional Pathways International, my goal is to help small businesses and organizations, for profit and not for profit, with their planning, strategy and operations, human resource systems, and training needs, from management to sales and front-lines. Working with a wide variety of organizations, from manufacturing to automotive, financial services to medical offices has expanded the experience I can bring to my clients. Additionally, I help individuals who want to improve in their occupation or find a different vocation by providing occupational coaching to individuals who have been laid-off from their jobs without outplacement assistance. My education includes a BA in Philosophy, an MS in Management and Organization, and I am an Associate Member of the International Association of Coaches and CPTA. Why I’m a Valley BNI Member: How much is an idea worth to you? I love being able to bounce ideas off of other dedicated business people and BNI allows me to do that and add to my success. Recently, I figured out how important BNI was to my business. Including direct referrals from the group, repeat business, and referrals from referrals, BNI has helped produce 41% of my revenue. Does it work? I think so. |
