About Valley BNI
Chartered in August 2003 by Business Network International, the Valley Chapter of BNI, was formed to serve business professionals in the Farmington Valley that want to grow through referrals. We are part of the family of over 60 chapters in Connecticut. Learn more about BNI in Connecticut at www.bnict.com. You have an open invitation to visit us any Thursday
morning, from 7:15 – 9:00 A.M. , at the Canton Community Center 40 Dyer Ave, Canton, CT. Also, feel free to contact Alice Ostrower, Director, at (860) 658-7545 or Keith Coffin, President, 860.693.8905, or to submit a contact form from this website.
Belonging to the Valley Chapter of BNI is like having a room full of sales people working for you because we all carry several of your business cards around with us. When we meet with someone who could use your products or services, we hand them your card and recommend your business. It’s as simple as that! It’s simple because it’s based on the proven concept that what goes around comes around. Networking requires commitment. The most successful BNI chapters are comprised of participants who are sincerely committed to helping one another by building lasting relationships through continued mentoring and teamwork.
We allow only one member per profession. BNI provides business members with a system to improve their networking skills, presentation skills, and most of all, their ability to grow through referrals from others who know their business and are actively looking for referrals for them. Once you become a member “you lock out your competition”.
